About me...
Hi, I'm Leigh Bliss and I set up Open Road back in 2003 following training with BSM. Operating from Bloxham, just outside Banbury I've helped hundreds of pupils learn to drive over the last decade giving them new found freedom. Every one of them has been different in some way. That's part of the fun for me - figuring out how to make the experience as enjoyable and rewarding for each individual as possible.

and...about you
When choosing a driving instructor you'll want to find someone you feel comfortable with and has a car that suits you. If both these things are right it's likely you'll take fewer lessons and it'll cost less to pass your driving test. But, you'll also want to feel confident and secure beyond the test. Driving unsupervised can be daunting if you're not ready for it. I'll work with you to ensure that when you start your new life with a full licence you feel safe and ready to tackle today's busy roads on your own.

I'll do my best to put you at ease, answer fully any questions or concerns you may have and offer the best advice and guidance for you at all times. I make it a policy to be available for help and advice for as long after you pass your test as you wish. I have some pupils I still hear from years later...perhaps looking for advise on choosing cars, or wanting to take those motorway lessons they promised themselves on test day but never quite got round to doing.

Your first lesson is always without  further
committment so don't be shy about getting in touch. If you're not happy, I know you won't come back.

It's down to me to make sure you're making steady progress,
working towards your goals at  a pace that suits you, enjoying lessons most of the time and picking you up with encouragement when things aren't feeling quite so easy!
